"Victor and Maria, the owners, were very hospitable. They made sure that their guests are comfortable and even went beyond by providing us anti-altitude sickness meds when we started having symptoms! The breakfast was delicious, we had packed snacks when we left early for Machu Picchu. The king bed room is nice and cozy, with modern bathroom. We felt very welcome and cared while we were in Cusco! Highly recommended to everyone visiting! The reception is also open 24hrs."

However, the staff was calm and very kind, so I was able to stay comfortably. Very quiet and calm from morning to evening, and there is also a tea and coffee service. "Do not think twice to stay here, just book it! Me and my husband had an amazing stay here during our trip in Cusco. The hotel is located at the heart of Cusco city and just a few minutes walk to the plaza, along with nearby shops and restaurants. It is run by a lovely family (Jose, Johann, and Miriam) who will greet you very warmly. We had to get up incredibly early (4am!) for a tour and Jose prepared a packed breakfast for us. I told my husband it feels as if our parents prepared the breakfast because it was very thoughtful and we never got hungry throughout the trip :) Johan speaks really good english so you will face no issue trying to get some tips around the city. "O hotel é confortável e bem cuidado. As camas e lençóis proporcionam um sono de qualidade e os hóspedes são recebidos com chá de muña para já irem se adaptando a altitude da cidade de Cusco. O café da manhã é ótimo, bem como o atendimento do Brady é da moça responsável que, lamentavelmente , não me recordo o nome agora, mas faz falta um bolo para completar o cardapio. Os funcionários da recepção, Mônica, Alfred, Diego são prestativos, educados e disponíveis para solucionar as demandas dos hóspedes. Ele fica próximo a estação de trem e também dos dois prestadores de transporte para Machu Picchu, Inka Rail e Peru Rail, o que facilita muito para embarcar com destino ao Santuario. Para chegar ao centro histórico a pé leva uns 15 a 20 minutos, e de aplicativo uns 5 minutos e o custo é cerca de 12 soles. Tenho somente uma observação para melhoria da hospedagem que seria buscar uma maneira de minimizar o barulho da recepção para os quartos do piso térreo, considerando que na madrugada muitos dos hóspedes saem com destino a Machu Picchu."

"Como muita gente já comentou, a localização é um problema pois fica numa ladeira, distante cerca de 15min da praça central (subindo na fé e pedindo a Deus forças pra chegar logo). Pra quem vai fazer passeios muito cedo, tem opção de solicitar o café da manhã com antecedência (muito simples). Cama confortável, banheiro limpo com água quente. A altitude de Cusco não é para amadores como eu! Em resumo, pelo valor que paguei e por usar apenas o lugar para dormir, segue um bom custoXbenefício!"
